- Pazuzu. I had to put the demon from "The Exorcist" on Top. Scary as it gets. Although you only see this image of Pazuzu's human form face for a split second in the whole movie, the way he possesses Reagan is insane. Especially considering the year it came out. (1973)
- The Infected. The Infected, from the movie "28 Days Later", are very scary because of two reasons. One, that can really happen. It's already a disease known as Mad Cow Disease. Mad Cow Disease can only be caught by animals for now, but the disease will one day mutate to infect humans as all viruses do. For example, Swine flu, Bird flu, AIDS! The second reason, the infected are everywhere, almost like zombies, because of how easily the infection spreads and
- Micheal Myers. The First Slasher ever, Micheal Myers is scary. Whether he is a crazy demented soul, someone demonically possessed, or just the idea of evil in human form, he just never stops coming for you. Never dies. Oh and, "He has the blackest eyes, the devils eyes."
- Pin Head. Known for saying, "I'll tear your soul apart." The only reason why Pin Head from "Hellraiser" isn't closer to the No. 1 spot is because you have to open pandora's box in order to summon him. Otherwise, he is scary as hell. A demon from hell sent to torture who ever opens the box, Pin Head also shows up with a squad of other tortured demons from hell to help him torture you to death!
- Freddy Krueger. IF you are a descendent of Elm Street, watch out. How do you stop the Springwood Slasher? He wears a glove with knives for fingers and kills you in your dreams! In his dream world, he makes the rules. How do you avoid dreaming and for how long? One, Two, Freddy's coming for you.......
- Djinn. The Djinn are creatures in Arabic folklore that led to the creation of the Genie, except Djinn are evil. America turned them into lovable characters (like in Aladdin) but, if you have ever seen "Wishmaster" you know that they are to be feared. Sure he'll grant your wishes, but watch how you word them. Described as the opposite of an Angel, Djinn falls in at No. 6
- Jason Voorhees. The keeper of Camp Crystal Lake, or basically any area you can call "the woods." Without changing his pace, Jason seems to always be right on your tail no matter how fast you run. His iconic mask can be seen every Halloween and Friday the 13th. He carries a giant machete and he cannot die. Enough said.
- Creeper. Extremely Scary looking creature. Rumored to be the mothman too, this thing can fly. Kills people, than preserves their bodies and displays them on a wall as artwork in a room he calls the house of pain underneath an abandoned church. He gets your scent, and then follows you until he kills you. The only escape from this creatrue? Hope to stay alive long enough until his 23 days expires. He resurfaces every 23 years to feed for 23 days. So he will be back.
- Alien. Who can forget the scene where the little alien pops out of the guys stomach for the first time in the very first Alien? Just a scary creature all together. Bigger and stronger than us, and equipped with a deadly spear weapon for a tail, acid for blood that will destroy anything, and the disgusting way they use us as hosts to reproduce. Very scary.
- The Firefly Family. The first human characters on the list. The nastiest, most evil and disgustingly demented family you will ever meet. Every member is a serial killer. One, named Tiny, is monstrously huge and disfigured. Another, named Baby, looks innocent and beautiful, but in reality is just as sadistic as the rest of them. Then there is Otis, who likes to have sex with dead girls and make artistic pieces using the technique of combining human flesh with animal parts. Their parents? Mother Firefly who has the same charm as baby and is just as deadly. Captain Spaulding is a violent, foul mouthed, big man obsessed with clowns. Can you say dysfunctional?
